Refund Policy

All sales are final during our Black Friday Sale - commencing 13.11.25 6pm AEST. 

At Nautili.co, each piece is made to order with care. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or customisation choices.

We encourage you to double-check our size guide and product descriptions before placing your order. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, we’re here to help. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We'll gladly offer a refund or exchange for faulty or incorrect items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Note: Any item being returned must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. Nautili.co reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or repair if we believe the item has been worn, damaged after delivery, or misused. In such cases, the item may be deemed damaged due to customer fault.

To lodge a return for a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at co.nautili@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
